Thanks for a great reception at Talbot, a new venue for us. Great to see young Ken in AC/DC gear who jogged half an hour over the tops to get there via Lancaster. Slack Babbath were there too.
AC/DC Exhibition Glasgow
Ste and Lee are off to see the Kelvingrove show...well it would be rude not to, after sending it all this way and all the good times AC/DC have given us. Exhibition then goes on international tour so for now last chance to see it in UK. We'll give you a review post whisky tasting.
Ged R.I.P.
Sorry to be sad on this happy site.
Ste's (Angus) young brother Ged died suddenly in Jabuary at a private party in the company of his loved ones. Worse ways to exit but little consolation for those left behind.
He carries with him countlerss stories of rock n' roll legend proportion .
Like Bon he was loved by many and envied by others. A massive AC/DC fan he was buried to the strains of "Highway to Hell".
We'll remeber the good times with every Angus like note. Ride on.

True Blues Club Cancer Charity Gig
Mac Millan Cancer Care a worthy charity. Newton le Willows True Blues Club is a fantastic venue. A great light and sound system thanks to Brad. Thanks for your support. Nice working with"Freek" a new Lancaster punk outfit. We can say we knew them in the eary days when they get famous.

Back In Black : Thunderstruck : Rock n Roll Train
Norm Barratt Gravy Train
Can't belive 37 years ago us baby rockers witnessed our first real concert. Gravy Train at St. Helens Theatre Royal "Staircase to the Day" tour. You needed to see this guy (and tremendous Rickenbacker bass Les W) to understand the vibe. We were honored when he supported us in Snatch-Back at Haresfinch Rock Nites. Saddly Norm passed away 2011.
Angus Meets Angus
Yes it's true!
Click links. Us boys feel unsettled when they meet someone with bigger ones but got to admire these
Happy Days
Angus was having a rummage through his draws... as you do.. and found a few memories of our Big Balls Click Photos to check it out

The Big Ball, Wrexham- great collection of international AC/DC Tribs. Pity it folded before ACE/DC was formed . The Sensation Alex Harvey Band was headlining (Ste B shaking Zal's hand...fantastic!! Never washed it since.)
Lee G Is In!
Lee poweraged in . We were Thunderstruck, hit Hard as a Rock with a Rock n'Train. Shook Us All Night Long with song after song from his Mighty Brain J. tubes. We still luv Bon but it's a new era for ACE/DC inspired by the great 2010 tour:

Ste Gets New Axe
Finally... from the first runs...from Canada Gibson "Back in Black" Angus Young Signature SG. Everything it says on the can:
"The Gibson USA Angus Young SG not only captures the look, feel and sound of a great SG, it also embodies some of the rare specs and qualities of Angus's own '68 model, known to be a stand-out example among a classic breed. Back, black and ready to rock, the Gibson USA Angus Young SG puts the full fury of that classic AC/DC tone in your hands. "

Rusty Updates Bass Rig
He started with a Wem dominator, then sound City, trace elliot and Ampeg. Finally he has......Click Rusty Rig and Rusty Roots gig memoires, etc. Ps Angus knows someone selling a Wem if he fancies starting the journey again.
Lancaster Show Review
Farewell Mike Photo and You Tube
"Just a quick note to say what a great show the last gig as ACE/DC Mark I was at Lancaster on Friday gone. No doubt you'd be the first to say that technically not everything went right, misplaced mics, broken guitar strings, drummer injuries etc, but who cares, the music speaks for itself and the crowd, as ever, were entertained royally.
Can I just add my appreciation for Mike, what a great front-man, captured the spirit of Bon even without the hair. I wish you all the best for the future.
Looking forward to seeing the new line up in the New Year.
Keep on rockin'
King Cnut"
ACE/DC COMMENT: Thanks from us to Mike for some great times. We could not have got the band going without him. Thanks as well to the "King" for your support from gig one and your kind reviews.

Auzzies: Scott, DeeDee, Mick and Liz gavetales of Auzzy 70s and 80s, school with AC/DC members and early pub gigs and a high voltage humidity AC/DC Darwen gig.
